Roger Reardon is the director of training. He is a veteran law enforcement officer with over twenty five years as a K-9 handler. His assignments have included patrol, narcotics and K-9 assignments with his tactical team. He is nationally certified as a master trainer and has trained hundreds of dogs for law enforcement throughout the country. Roger is also an adviser to a national police dog organization and is considered to be an expert in the area of patrol, narcotics, explosives and trailing. He is utilized by other states to certify dogs nationally. He regularly conducts K-9 training, seminars and certifications and has hosted national K-9 workshops in Rhode Island. Roger has helped many departments with the set-up of their canine units and set-up of department K-9 policies. He currently provides in-service training and is the advisor for many law-enforcement agencies throughout New England.
